Description
An account of the resource
St. John's Church is one of the oldest Roman Catholic churches in Newark. The front brownstone facade has a tripartite configuration, with a central gabled bay and two flanking towers surmounted by pinnacles. The front is dominated by pointed arches and is fashioned according the English Norman Perpendicular Gothic tradition. The interior, on the other side, is more classical.
