            <text>The Lefcourt Building was built in 1929. It was later named the Raymond-Commerce Building. The building was bought by Cogswell Realty in 1998, after the building had been vacant for more than 2 decades. Cogswell converted the building into 317 luxury apartments. Eleven80, as the building was renamed, opened in 2006. Eleven80 was one of ten projects selected to win the 2008 ULI Awards for Excellence. The U.S. Bank National Association foreclosed on the property in 2009. In 2012, KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT took over the mortgage of the building.</text>
