Gateway 1 was completed in 1971 and Gateway 2 was completed in 1972.  Both were designed by Victor Gruen Associates. Gateways 3 and 4 were designed by Grad Partnership and were completed in 1985 and 1988, respectively.  The buildings are located between Penn Station and Mulberry Street, and Raymond Blvd. and Market Street.</text>
