            <text>The building was donated to Rutgers University in 1977 when the company decided to move their corporate headquarters to Morris Plains, NJ. From 1979-1999 the Rutgers School of Law and SI Newhouse Center for Law and Justice was housed in the building. After plans to turn the building into a hotel failed to materialize in 2001, the building remained vacant for over a decade. In 2012, Rutgers began an 83 million dollar renovation project to turn the building into a mixed-use facility for graduate student housing which was completed in 2015.</text>
