Building Type Type of building based on physical attributes (ex. high-rise buildings, skyscrapers); or function (ex. apartments, public housing). Cultural State Current state of the building or project (ex. demolished, unbuilt). demolished Condition History The theater closed in 1957, and the next year was demolished to make room for a parking lot.
